Where do you ship to?

Variohm Group ships to a lot a of countries all over the world.

Depending on where you live, we have different shop options prepared.

You can shop in GBP if you live in UK or Australia.

You can shop in EURO if you live in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece,  Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden or Switzerland.

You can shop in USD if you live in USA or Canada.

What are the shipping hours?

Products are shipped from Monday to Thursday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM GMT and Friday between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM GMT. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed on the next business day.

What shipping carriers do you work with?

We work with UPS for our shipping services. You can choose between standard and express delivery options during checkout. Shipping costs depend on currency and destination.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to monitor the status and location of your package until it reaches its destination.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit card payments for all orders placed on our website. We are unable to accept American Express or Diners Club.

What is your returns policy?

We accept and refund returns if we send out the wrong product. In all other cases, returned Goods are only accepted by prior agreement and then only if return carriage is pre-paid by the Purchaser. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
