Linear Transducer
The highly robust position sensors are an ideal non-contact alternative to linear potentiometers and are used to detect linear motion in a wide range of industrial applications. They are particularly well suited for applications with limited space, as they have an improved stroke-to-length ratio. Because they use a single coil, they are less prone to breakage.
Typical applications for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) are areas where high performance in harsh environments is critical, such as industrial machinery, hydraulics and pneumatics.
